In-App Purchases (via Google Play):
All in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store are governed by Google Play's refund policies. If you would like to request a refund, please follow the steps outlined in the Google Play Refund Policy.
In most cases, the following conditions apply:
If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund through the Google Play Store. To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap on the profile icon and select “Payments & Subscriptions.”
- Select the item for which you want to request a refund and follow the instructions.
Refund Requests after 48 Hours:
If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, you will need to contact us directly. Please provide your order number and details about the issue so we can review your case.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds may not be granted in certain circumstances, including:
- If the in-app purchase is successfully delivered and used.
- Requests made after an unreasonable period beyond 48 hours without a valid reason.
Subscription Cancellations:
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel it anytime through the Google Play Store before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Canceling a subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing cycle.
